You'll define and own the end-to-end CRM and retention strategy for Southeast Asia's largest digital insurance platform, driving repeat usage and lifetime value growth. You'll design multi-channel campaigns and analyze customer data to systematically reduce churn. This role offers direct impact on customer loyalty in a fast-growing tech environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define CRM and retention strategy across the full customer lifecycle.
- Design and execute CRM campaigns across email, push, in-app, and WhatsApp.
- Analyze customer behavior to identify churn risks and growth opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Support to improve customer journeys.
๐ Requirements
- 5โ7 years of experience in CRM or retention roles in fintech or B2C platforms.
- Proven track record of improving retention, renewal rates, or CLV.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, segmentation, and cohort analysis.
- Experience running multi-channel lifecycle campaigns at scale.
