You'll define and own the end-to-end CRM and retention strategy for Southeast Asia's largest digital insurance platform, driving repeat usage and lifetime value growth. You'll design multi-channel campaigns and analyze customer data to systematically reduce churn. This role offers direct impact on customer loyalty in a fast-growing tech environment.

  • Define CRM and retention strategy across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Design and execute CRM campaigns across email, push, in-app, and WhatsApp.
  • Analyze customer behavior to identify churn risks and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Support to improve customer journeys.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5โ€“7 years of experience in CRM or retention roles in fintech or B2C platforms.
  • Proven track record of improving retention, renewal rates, or CLV.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, segmentation, and cohort analysis.
  • Experience running multi-channel lifecycle campaigns at scale.
