- Qualify top-of-funnel inbound leads via phone and chat
- Engage leads through email, phone, and chat at high volume
- Highlight product features to raise curiosity and interest
- Book demos and meetings, document activities in Salesforce
๐ Requirements
- Skilled communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
- Experience in a customer-facing role (sales, retail, etc.)
- Working knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce or Intercom
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines

- Business proficient Spanish speaker
