  • Qualify top-of-funnel inbound leads via phone and chat
  • Engage leads through email, phone, and chat at high volume
  • Highlight product features to raise curiosity and interest
  • Book demos and meetings, document activities in Salesforce

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Skilled communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Experience in a customer-facing role (sales, retail, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce or Intercom
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines
