• Own and fix customer issues from ingest to resolution
• Advocate and implement best practices for IT security and productivity
• Automate device management, identity management, hardware logistics, and user lifecycle
• Contribute to event-driven backend with Typescript services and APIs

📋 Requirements

• Strong belief that end user support is as important as automation
• Deep experience across IT systems like device management and identity management
• Demonstrated experience automating interplay between systems via APIs and glue-code
• Comfort building stateless backend with Typescript, pub/sub queues, and APIs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with specific platforms like Kandji, Crowdstrike, Okta, Google Workspace
• Experience with Terraform and Git
