💼 About This Role

You'll join the Internal AI Solutions Team to build AI-powered tools that transform internal operations across Sword Health. You'll implement and optimize AI-driven solutions using LLMs, cloud services, and full-stack development. As part of a small, proactive team, you'll work closely with stakeholders to drive impact through generative AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement and optimize AI-driven solutions for internal operations
• Translate strategic objectives into functional software applications
• Handle both front-end and back-end development tasks
• Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges

📋 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer
• Hands-on proficiency in JavaScript (React, Node.js) and Python
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience with LLM APIs or open-source models

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with RAG pipelines
• Experience building or orchestrating AI agents
• Understanding of AI governance principles
