As an Operations Manager at ALO, you will bring our operational strategy to life by managing inventory, labor planning, and scheduling to keep the store customer-ready. You'll lead key operational processes, resolve inventory issues, and champion strong standards on the salesfloor.

• Oversee and support execution of key operational processes
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues
• Champion operational standards on salesfloor using business data
• Support sell-through management by ensuring inventory count accuracy
• Coordinate labor hours for efficient product deliveries
