💼 About This Role

You'll provide rehabilitative care to adult and geriatric patients through home health visits in Marion and Florence County, SC. You'll perform evaluations, develop individualized intervention plans, and educate patients and families to promote independent living. This role offers a $3,000 bonus and mileage reimbursement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform home visits to clients in designated territories
• Evaluate patients' functional status and ADL performance
• Develop individualized intervention plans for favorable outcomes
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care

📋 Requirements

• Current SC Occupational Therapist license
• Minimum one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program
