💼 About This Role

You'll lead the development of human iPSC-derived cellular models for neurodegenerative disease drug discovery at a clinical-stage TechBio company. You'll drive programs from target identification through lead optimization using high-content imaging and multi-omic data integration. This role combines scientific leadership with hands-on execution in a cross-functional team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design of human iPSC-derived cellular models and mechanistic assays for neurodegenerative diseases
• Drive neuroscience programs from early discovery through lead optimization
• Design cellular and molecular assays using high-content imaging and quantitative approaches
• Collaborate with chemistry, pharmacology, data science, and DMPK teams to advance targets
• Contribute to target validation and translational strategies integrating multi-omic datasets

📋 Requirements

• PhD in Neuroscience, Cell Biology, or related field with postdoctoral training
• 5-7+ years leadership and management of drug discovery teams
• 5+ years industry experience in neuroscience drug discovery
• Expertise in iPSC-derived cellular models for neurodegeneration
