Description

You will manage a broad patient panel, conduct acute, chronic, and well visits, perform in-office procedures, and collaborate with a dedicated care team. This role offers the opportunity to transform primary care through a mix of in-office and telehealth visits.

Requirements

• Enrolled or completed accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
• Practiced at least 2 of last 5 years in outpatient primary care
• Board Certified or Board Eligible with plans to certify within 1 year
• State licensed in California
• Passion for human-centered primary care

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or via telehealth
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds
• Collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
