• Conduct intake assessments and evaluate Member readiness for care
• Facilitate virtual individual and group counseling sessions
• Provide crisis support and coordinate referrals
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in EMR

📋 Requirements

• Active New Mexico license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LISW, or LADAC)
• Experience with substance use disorder populations
• Comfort providing care via telehealth platforms
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
