💼 About This Role

You'll work under a licensed engineer on HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection designs for educational, healthcare, and commercial projects. You'll prepare load calculations, energy models, and Revit/BIM models while coordinating with specs and reviewing submittals. Projects include new construction and renovation in a multi-disciplinary team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design ductwork, piping, controls, and equipment selection for HVAC systems
• Prepare building load calculations using modeling software
• Assist in Revit/BIM modeling of construction drawings
• Review submittals and shop drawings for compliance

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
• Knowledge of heat transfer and fluid dynamics principles
• Ability to apply HVAC design principles
• EIT or LEED accreditation preferred

✨ Nice to Have

• Related student internship work experience
• Experience with Revit, Trane Trace, or Trane 3D Plus
• Bachelor's or Master's from an ABET accredited program
