💼 About This Role

You'll join the largest home health agency in San Francisco, providing speech therapy services to patients in their homes across Santa Cruz County. You'll evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders as part of an interdisciplinary care team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide skilled speech therapy services to patients in their homes
• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and fluency disorders
• Serve as an educator and patient advocate on the care team
• Collaborate with Case Manager on patient care plans

📋 Requirements

• Current unrestricted CA Speech Therapist License
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Valid CA Driver's License
• Knowledge of speech therapy principles and homecare regulations
