💼 About This Role

You'll build user-facing identity experiences like sign-in, account management, and permissions for OpenAI's enterprise products. You'll collaborate with design, security, and backend teams to translate complex systems like SSO and RBAC into reliable interfaces. Your work will directly shape how users manage access across OpenAI's products, driving secure enterprise adoption of AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build scalable frontend components for sign-in, account management, and permissions.
• Collaborate with backend and security engineers to deliver SSO, RBAC, and SCIM provisioning.
• Translate complex auth systems (SAML, OIDC, OAuth) into intuitive user interfaces.
• Define frontend architecture and patterns for the shared identity platform.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend engineering experience with production-grade web applications.
• Deep expertise in frontend frameworks, performance optimization, and composable UI systems.
• Experience evolving or re-architecting production systems to support increased scale.
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments with ambiguous requirements.
