You'll bridge brand and product to ensure a unified experience across Replit's platform. You'll translate brand principles into interaction patterns and scalable design systems. This role offers the chance to shape the visual language of a rapidly growing AI platform serving millions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design user journeys, flows, and UI concepts
• Build and evolve design system components
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing
• Present and defend design decisions

📋 Requirements

• 8-10 years of product or visual design experience
• Portfolio showing system-level design work
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
• Experience working within or contributing to design systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI or developer tools
• Motion design or prototyping skills
• Background in brand design
