You'll lead Healthcare Life Sciences customer implementation projects from kick-off to completion at Talkdesk, a leader in CCaaS and AI. Your core impact will be managing multiple projects, mitigating risks, and driving cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and customers. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead customer implementation projects from kick-off to completion
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Conduct executive business reviews with senior leadership

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing technical projects, preferably client facing
• 5+ years of experience working with healthcare or life sciences organizations
• Proven experience in a SaaS organization
• PMP certification or equivalent

• Bilingual abilities
