You'll support mixed-age Montessori classrooms for children ages 0–6, helping create calm, engaging learning spaces. Your role empowers children to develop independence and confidence at their own pace.

• Observe children to understand and support individual needs
• Prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly classroom environment
• Support individual and small-group learning activities
• Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families

📋 Requirements

• Experience working with children ages 3–6 in a school or childcare setting
• Positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset
• Genuine love for working with young children
• Interest in learning and growing within the Montessori approach
