🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise daily tower crew activities ensuring safety and quality.
• Climb and perform work on towers up to 500 feet.
• Install, test, and maintain antennas, radios, and cables.
• Interpret construction documents and RF specifications.

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of wireless tower construction or maintenance experience
• 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Competent Climber/Rescue Certification from an accredited institution
• OSHA 30 Construction Training Card
