Description

You will lead day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and optimize processes as the company scales. You'll manage month-end close, AP/AR, audits, and compliance with HGB/IFRS, while mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years accounting or finance experience
• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; audit/accountant qualification a plus
• Full fluency in German and English
• Proficiency in DATEV and advanced Excel
• In-depth understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations

Responsibilities

• Lead core accounting processes and ensure accuracy and compliance
• Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Manage AP/AR functions and reconciliation
• Streamline and automate accounting processes
• Oversee audit preparation and coordinate with auditors
