Description

You will lead expansion of partnerships with large fintechs, financial institutions, and embedded finance businesses across Europe. You'll own the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation, leveraging deep payments ecosystem knowledge to drive complex B2B engagements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of sales experience in payments, fintech, or complex B2B technology
• Deep understanding of payments ecosystem and card issuing
• Comfort with ambiguity and evolving product roadmap
• Familiarity with fintech ecosystem and SaaS platform business models
• Financial acumen for complex deal structures

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads and prioritize customer opportunities by identifying needs and vetting against product offering
• Run complex sales process from initial engagement to contract negotiations
• Partner with internal teams to grow existing accounts and manage opportunities via Salesforce
• Guide opportunities through contracting process with Legal team
• Lead proposals and RFI/RFP responses with internal SMEs
