You'll drive clarity, coordination, and execution across technical programs for Wild Rift, partnering with engineering leaders and stakeholders. You'll turn ambiguous problems into actionable plans and keep critical initiatives moving from definition through delivery. This role stands out for its hands-on focus in a fast-paced live service environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and drive cross-functional technical programs from scope to delivery
• Maintain clear timelines, remove blockers, and communicate status
• Improve live operational readiness and incident response workflows
• Build dashboards, documentation, and reporting for visibility and decision-making

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Producer or comparable role in software/game development
• Experience owning and driving technical programs from planning through execution
• Ability to understand technical systems and facilitate decisions
• Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in mobile game development or live service games
• Experience with security reviews or compliance workflows
• Familiarity with Jira or Confluence
