You'll lead IP enforcement and competitive legal strategy across our digital product portfolio, protecting assets and applying legal pressure to safeguard our market position. This role operates with high autonomy and directly impacts our competitive edge. You'll collaborate closely with leadership in a fast-paced, remote environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Enforce IP and trademark rights across apps, websites, and visual identity
• Proactively detect and assess infringements and imitation patterns
• Lead takedown processes, cease-and-desist actions, and platform complaints
• Monitor market and digital ecosystems for emerging risks and legal leverage

📋 Requirements

• Strong background in intellectual property and trademark law
• Proven experience in IP enforcement, takedowns, and platform complaints
• Ability to translate legal frameworks into business strategy
• Excellent written and spoken English
