You'll lead Pipedrive's global product analytics function, transforming data into actionable insights to accelerate growth. You'll partner with Product teams to understand customer behavior and drive the experimentation program. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a high-performing Product Analytics team
• Define and evolve global product measurement strategy
• Build and maintain unified behavioral analytics framework
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to inform roadmaps
• Own and scale experimentation framework for rigorous A/B testing

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in analytics
• 5+ years leading Product Analytics or Data Science functions in SaaS
• Advanced SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
• Experience with behavioral analytics and experimentation platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Optimizely)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience applying machine learning or predictive modeling to product use cases
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (e.g., LTV/CAC)
