Description

As an Associate, you'll drive GLG's Insight Network by connecting leading professionals to expert insights. You'll own client projects end-to-end, build client relationships, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare-related field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Psychology, Healthcare Public Policy)
• 0-3 years of client-facing, sales, or account management experience
• Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with phone-based outreach comfort
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work extended hours

Responsibilities

• Engage daily with clients to build relationships and deliver custom solutions
• Own client projects from scoping to delivering high-quality outcomes
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximize commercial outcomes and grow revenue
• Uphold GLG’s compliance framework and company values
• Develop business skills including client service, communication, and project management
