You'll lead creative teams to develop healthcare advertising campaigns that are both compelling and compliant. You'll combine creative vision with healthcare regulatory knowledge to deliver famously effective work across all channels.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead briefing, concepting, and copy development for cross-channel initiatives
- Ensure creative work meets healthcare compliance standards
- Inspire and provide hands-on support to the creative team
- Develop tone-of-voice guidelines for brands
๐ Requirements
- At least 7+ years of industry experience in a creative role
- Agency experience working across all channels
- Strong creative portfolio with healthcare and pharma advertising experience
- Experience managing a creative team including copywriters and art directors
