💼 About This Role

You'll own key parts of LangSmith, the observability and evaluation platform for AI systems. You'll partner with engineers to build features that solve deeply technical problems like versioning prompt chains and debugging multi-step agent failures. You'll work directly with customers to understand where the platform breaks down and define new capabilities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the roadmap for a core area of the LangSmith platform.
• Work with customers to understand challenges and define new product features.
• Collaborate with engineering to scope, make tradeoffs, and ship high-impact features.
• Help shape product strategy alongside founders and leadership.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management or engineering experience building developer tools or technical SaaS.
• Deeply technical with API design, system architecture, and data pipelines expertise.
• Strong bias toward action and ability to ship and iterate quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to align cross-functional teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical background.
• Previous experience at a high-growth startup or developer-focused company.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs, agents, or AI applications.
