💼 About This Role

You'll partner with the sales team to design customized solutions using incident.io, an incident response platform used by companies like Netflix and Airbnb. Your technical expertise will drive complex deals forward and shape our product roadmap. You'll be a founding member of our SE team, helping build and scale the function.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with sales to design customized solutions leveraging incident.io.
• Build and maintain deep product knowledge on incident management and SRE.
• Identify gaps in sales process and develop collateral to scale expertise.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to gather customer feedback.

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record in a technical pre-sales or solutions engineering role.
• Strong technical aptitude with curiosity about how things work.
• Excellent communication skills, explaining complex topics to diverse audiences.
• Proactive and autonomous in a fast-paced start-up environment.
