💼 About This Role

You'll advise and support students from application through departure for study abroad programs at WorldStrides. You'll guide students on academics, visas, and logistics while collaborating with families and university partners. This role offers flexible remote work and paid travel opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise students on program academics, housing, and visas.
• Manage course selection forms and pre-departure materials.
• Communicate with families and U.S. university partners.
• Respond to on-site incidents and participate in on-call rotation.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1–3 years of professional experience preferred.
• Strong interest in international education and student development.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Experience living, studying, or working abroad.
• Previous student advising or customer service experience.
• Strong intercultural communication skills.
