💼 About This Role

You'll open and close the store while assisting management in driving sales and providing excellent customer service. You'll support the team during high-volume periods and help train new employees. This role offers a 25% employee discount and the opportunity to work with a leading retail team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet customers and recommend products based on knowledge of inventory
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and deposits
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and counts
• Monitor sales floor to prevent theft and enforce security procedures

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling
• High School Diploma or equivalent
