💼 About This Role

You'll join the Global Voice Team to build high-performing, scalable services for Five9's next-generation contact center platform. You will develop and enhance our Media Server for real-time integrations with LLMs and AI services. You'll code in modern C++ and work with real-time communication protocols like SIP and RTP.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in an Agile Scrum team practicing DevOps.
• Write clean, well-documented code and corresponding tests.
• Deliver code as part of a solution running in public cloud.
• Develop and enhance Media Server for real-time AI integrations.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience in C and/or C++.
• Hands-on experience with real-time communications protocols like SIP and RTP.
• Ability to methodically troubleshoot complex systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ASR/TTS integration.
• Knowledge of AI APIs and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD.
