💼 About This Role

You'll lead Customer Success and Renewals teams for SMB and Mid-Market customers, driving adoption, retention, and predictable renewal execution. You'll set the vision, strategy, and operating rhythm to ensure teams deliver measurable business impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop manager-level leaders for Customer Success and Renewals
  • Define and execute post-sale lifecycle strategies for adoption and retention
  • Own renewal forecasting end-to-end for SMB and MM customers
  • Serve as voice of customer to influence product roadmap and GTM strategy

📋 Requirements

  • 7+ years in Customer Success, Renewals, or Account Management in SaaS
  • 4+ years of people leadership experience including managing managers
  • Proven success owning retention and expansion outcomes
  • Experience with Salesforce or Gainsight preferred
