💼 About This Role
You'll lead Customer Success and Renewals teams for SMB and Mid-Market customers, driving adoption, retention, and predictable renewal execution. You'll set the vision, strategy, and operating rhythm to ensure teams deliver measurable business impact.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead and develop manager-level leaders for Customer Success and Renewals
- Define and execute post-sale lifecycle strategies for adoption and retention
- Own renewal forecasting end-to-end for SMB and MM customers
- Serve as voice of customer to influence product roadmap and GTM strategy
📋 Requirements
- 7+ years in Customer Success, Renewals, or Account Management in SaaS
- 4+ years of people leadership experience including managing managers
- Proven success owning retention and expansion outcomes
- Experience with Salesforce or Gainsight preferred
