🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day finance operations and monthly management accounts
• Supervise AR and rebate collections to meet cash flow targets
• Manage onshore and offshore teams, fostering performance culture
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements in invoicing and reporting

📋 Requirements

• CA or CPA qualified
• 5+ years in finance roles with 2+ years in leadership
• Proficiency with Xero, Google Sheets, and CRMs like Salesforce
• Experience managing finance staff and offshore teams

• Background in solar, construction, or energy sectors
• Familiarity with rebate platforms such as Formbay
