💼 About This Role

You'll deliver end-to-end pricing and portfolio analysis for motor insurance across UK and rest of Europe (excluding France) as an individual contributor contractor. You'll independently manage projects from analysis to committee-ready deliverables, ensuring profitability and technical portfolio management. This role offers full remote flexibility with Wakam's WFA program and a flat, impact-driven culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform profitability analyses and scenario testing for new contract pricing
• Conduct performance diagnostics and identify key drivers for existing portfolios
• Maintain and improve pricing datasets, models, and profitability reports
• Prepare committee review packs and quantified analyses for partner discussions

📋 Requirements

• Proven expertise in motor pricing for European markets and/or UK
• Excellent actuarial and analytical skills for decision-grade analyses
• Ability to produce committee-ready outputs with clear narratives and quantified impacts
• Comfort working with stakeholders across Risk, Reinsurance, and Data

• Experience in Italy and/or Spain is a strong plus
