You'll join the Business Systems team to help product and program teams maximize value from engineering software tools (PLM, CAD, CAE). You'll design, develop, and implement improvements and optimizations, steering future investments. This role offers a chance to work across a fast-paced defense tech startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Provide training and support for new technology adoption
• Lead feature development including scope, timelines, and budgets
• Support installation and upgrades of PLM and integrated systems

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with PLM/CAD/CAE tools
• Understanding of CAD/CAM/CAE integration with PLM
• Strong analytical skills to root cause issues
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS Cloud or Azure
• Familiarity with Teamcenter
