Description

As a Principal Operations Architect at Akido, you will design and improve scalable operational systems and workflows that power a growing AI-native healthcare provider. You'll manage central functions, develop roadmaps, and leverage technologies like LLMs and automation to optimize processes, enabling care teams to focus on patient health.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 8-11 years experience in healthcare operations, process design, or related fields
• Experience supporting operational strategy, process improvement, and systems implementation in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with healthcare operations and regulatory requirements
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Technical curiosity and interest in evaluating emerging technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage a key central function supporting frontline or back-office operations with opportunity to scale
• Develop and maintain roadmaps for operational processes and systems
• Design, implement, and improve scalable, efficient, and secure operational systems and workflows
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; support process optimization and automation using LLMs, RPA, and other technologies
• Support feasibility studies and business case analyses for new initiatives
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Set up performance monitoring and productivity tracking, reporting on KPIs
• Evaluate and recommend technologies to improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into solutions
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Support and mentor junior team members
