You will lead market analysis to shape prioritization of markets and payer partners, own healthcare research to inform health plan partnerships, and build sales infrastructure to coordinate multiple efforts as Headway works to make mental healthcare accessible to everyone.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in consulting, banking, or similar analytical/operational role
• Resourceful and scrappy problem-solver
• Operationally excellent, able to manage large volume of moving pieces
