You'll design and configure business rules, coordinating with the project team and managing client relationships. This role offers 100% remote work with occasional onsite meetings.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions
• Design technical solutions based on client requirements
• Configure business rules in the system
• Coordinate activities with project team and PM

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in SAP HCM specializing in Payroll
• Experience in payroll implementation (mandatory)
• Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field
• Strong technical profile with process logic and structured thinking

✨ Nice to Have

• Intermediate English (desirable)
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module
• Knowledge of local payroll regulations
