🎯 What You'll Do

• Support client in identifying and refining needs
• Optimize processes and propose efficiency solutions
• Bridge business and development teams for clear requirements
• Define, verify, and manage requirements throughout development

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience as Business Analyst
• Experience in insurance domain
• Proficiency in requirements techniques like user stories, use cases, BPMN, UML
• Fluent Polish and English (C1)
