Join 1Password's in-house legal team to manage contract processes. You'll draft and negotiate contracts supporting a fast-growing cybersecurity company. Collaborate with sales, finance, and legal teams to streamline contract lifecycle management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and revise contracts including sales agreements and NDAs
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies
• Negotiate contract terms with external parties
• Monitor contract performance and coordinate renewals

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-5 years experience in contract management
• Proficiency in procurement and CLM software
• Experience with G-Suite and MS Office Suite

• CCM or CPCM certification
• Experience in a scaling SaaS company
