🎯 What You'll Do

• Remove trash and debris from common areas on a continuous basis.
• Perform physically demanding work to maintain property features.
• Mow lawns, trim beds, and remove leaves from landscaped areas.
• Pressure-wash sidewalks, buildings, and pool decks as needed.

📋 Requirements

• High school/GED or trade school diploma and one year of grounds maintenance experience.
• Efficient in reading instructions and documenting labor and materials.
• Ability to stand 8 hours or longer and lift up to 100 lbs as necessary.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.

• Experience in pool and spa maintenance.
