💼 About This Role

You'll support emergency veterinary care in a fast-paced ER setting, triaging patients and assisting with treatments. You'll gain hands-on experience alongside credentialed technicians and veterinarians. RECOVER CPR certification and growth pathways are provided.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Triage incoming patients and guide them toward care
• Assist with treatments, nursing care, and diagnostics
• Set up and monitor anesthesia and sedation cases
• Manage IV fluids, blood transfusions, and medication administration

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years in a veterinary assistant role
• Basic computer skills and practice management software familiarity
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg and support up to 40 kg with assistance

• Enrolled in an AVMA-accredited veterinary technology program
• Emergency or specialty experience
