💼 About This Role

You'll build and enhance high-performance Flutter applications for a globally scaled social discovery platform. You'll drive end-to-end feature delivery, collaborate with product and backend teams, and ensure smooth release cycles. This fully remote role offers the chance to shape technical decisions and improve application performance for a product used by millions worldwide.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of business features from design to production release.
• Design and implement scalable Flutter-based mobile applications.
• Review technical specifications and present architectural decisions to stakeholders.
• Support QA and release processes by debugging production and pre-production issues.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on commercial experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Strong understanding of Flutter state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod).
• Experience building responsive UI components and animations.
• Solid knowledge of mobile CI/CD pipelines and release tools (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Codemagic).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Firebase Crashlytics or Sentry.
• Exposure to app store deployment processes and native integrations.
