💼 About This Role

You'll be the primary provider of direct services to guests in our venue, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. You'll handle guest inquiries and complaints, monitor conduct and alcohol consumption, assist with ticketing and wristbands, and act as part of the emergency evacuation team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer guest questions and direct them to venue areas.
• Operate coat check rooms within established guidelines.
• Scan tickets and administer wristbands for event entry.
• Monitor guest conduct and alcohol consumption.
• Seat guests and assist ADA patrons.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for long periods.

• Previous experience working in events.
• Knowledge of the music industry.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
