You'll lead data strategy for regulatory engagements within Block's Compliance Analytics team, focusing on financial crimes and AML. You'll drive actionable analytics to quantify compliance risks and influence product roadmaps, connecting regulatory expectations to data-driven insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead data strategy for regulatory engagements from ETL to analysis
• Connect regulatory expectations with Compliance and Product roadmaps
• Harness raw data to educate partners on compliance impact
• Collaborate with legal and engineering to build compliance program elements
• Lead multiple high-impact workstreams across abstraction levels

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years related experience with Bachelor's or 6+ with Master's
• 5+ years of Compliance/AML experience
• Expert level in SQL and data visualization tools
• Expert in ETL development
• Proven track record solving complex problems with technical expertise

✨ Nice to Have

• CAMS or other AML certification
• Experience in FinTech or consulting industry
• Experience with automation using Python, R or Prefect
