Description

You will provide 1st through 3rd tier IT support to SpaceX employees, manage the lifecycle of IT assets, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a fast-paced environment supporting critical operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 1+ years experience building, deploying, and troubleshooting computer systems in an enterprise environment
• Experience supporting Microsoft technologies
• Valid driver's license
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd tier support to employees
• Manage on-site inventory and IT asset lifecycle
• Procure, configure, and deploy computer hardware and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues in person and remotely
• Configure and support printers, network devices, and AV equipment
