๐ผ About This Role
You'll own the strategy, structure, and performance of Profound's account management org, driving retention and growth across enterprise and mid-market segments. Reporting to the SVP of Revenue, you'll build coaching culture and commercial rigor that scales with the business and ensures every account is positioned for long-term expansion.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop Account Management org across Enterprise and Mid-Market.
- Own NRR, renewal, and expansion targets for the entire book of business.
- Build segment-specific playbooks while maintaining a unified commercial motion.
- Run executive-level pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and deal escalations.
- Serve as senior commercial partner on strategic accounts, joining C-suite reviews and negotiations.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years SaaS experience in account management or new logo sales.
- At least 3 years managing managers or leading multi-segment AM teams.
- Proven track record owning NRR and expansion targets across enterprise and mid-market.
- Deep coaching and development instincts with experience creating frameworks that develop managers into leaders.
