Description

You will manage a high-volume personal injury caseload from intake through settlement or trial, conducting depositions, drafting motions, leading mediations, and serving as lead counsel in jury trials. This role offers robust support with dedicated staff and innovative resources to help you fight for clients effectively.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois and good standing with the State Bar
• Trial advocacy or moot court experience strongly preferred
• Multiple state bar admissions preferred
• Must be currently located in Illinois
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate case strategies and engage with clients and team members

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of approximately 150 cases, with about 50 actively in litigation each month
• Maintain proactive and transparent communication with clients throughout the legal process
• Conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, lead mediations, and develop case strategies
• Serve as lead counsel in jury trials, advocating passionately for favorable outcomes
