💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a trusted advisor guiding prospective and current customers through product evaluations and business value demonstrations for OpenGov's public service platform. You'll leverage technical and subject matter expertise to assess needs and present tailored solutions. This role offers the chance to drive AI innovation in local government while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to assess customer needs and pain points.
• Prepare and present product demonstrations highlighting efficiency improvements.
• Lead technical evaluations of OpenGov solutions.
• Identify and build proof of concepts.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years experience in Public Works, Community Development, Planning, Permitting, Utility Billing, or GIS
• Strong technical acumen and experience leveraging software
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
