💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end growth features to improve user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Ello, the world's first AI teacher. You'll bridge engineering, product, and marketing to test and implement data-driven growth strategies using A/B testing and analytics. You'll be part of a nimble team building the full growth stack from user-facing flows to backend pipelines.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and own growth features end-to-end, from ideation to deployment
• Develop A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to validate growth hypotheses
• Improve conversion, retention, and engagement across the user lifecycle
• Analyze user data to generate actionable insights and inform strategy

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience with growth-focused features like onboarding flows and referral loops
• Proficiency in React, Flutter, or native Android/iOS development
• Experience with A/B testing infrastructure and analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude, Mixpanel)

• Experience building products for children and parents
• Familiarity with integrated third-party systems (e.g. Stripe, Twilio, SendGrid)
• Deep understanding of front-end architectures and performance optimization
