💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end architectural decisions for a healthcare digital transformation project, leveraging multi-cloud Salesforce solutions. You'll define the TO-BE architecture for a 360-degree patient view with omnichannel and AI capabilities. This role requires mandatory presence in Campinas, Brazil.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define end-to-end architecture for Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Mulesoft, and Tableau.
• Design the TO-BE solution for 360-degree patient view and omnichannel care.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (RN 566, RN 623) in data modeling and processes.
• Guide the development team in Salesforce best practices and validate integrations.

📋 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Salesforce Architect on large-scale multi-cloud projects.
• Deep knowledge of Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Mulesoft.
• Experience with Agentforce / Einstein Bots and generative AI in Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Healthcare & Life Sciences domain (payers, providers, patient journey).

• Experience with data modeling, REST/SOAP integrations, and integration patterns.
• Advanced English proficiency.
