💼 About This Role

You'll assist medical staff in providing safe and efficient care at a WelbeHealth clinic, engaging in both clinical duties and front-office interactions to build meaningful participant relationships. This role balances efficiency with connection for a holistic care team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare participants for appointments and obtain medical history.
• Perform pre-exam physical tests and document vital signs.
• Perform general medical procedures like dressing changes and suture removals.
• Collect and prepare laboratory specimens and sterilize equipment.

📋 Requirements

• Certification by a medical assistant certifying organization approved by state medical board.
• Two years of experience as a Medical Assistant with frail or elderly population.
• Two-year degree program in medical assistance.
• Phlebotomy experience.
