You'll provide 1st-3rd tier IT support for SpaceX's high-caliber engineering and mission-critical operations. You'll manage the full lifecycle of IT assets and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to enable launch and manufacturing. This role requires strong technical skills and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1st through 3rd tier support to employees
• Manage on-site inventory and IT asset lifecycle
• Procure, configure, and deploy hardware and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues in person and remotely

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 1+ years building and troubleshooting enterprise systems
• Experience supporting Microsoft technologies
• Valid driver's license

• Experience with Mac and Linux environments
• Technical certifications (A+, Network+, MCSE)
• Working knowledge of audio-visual equipment
